CBSJC attorney, Scott Jones, represented Principal Chief Lambert and the executive branch of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians, in a Cherokee Tribal Court hearing that involved the contentious issue regarding the removal of three former Tribal Gaming Commissioners for improper acts in their positions. After arguments by the lawyers at the hearing, the court dismissed the lawsuit.
